Mechanical processing
Milling
In the well-equipped mechanical workshop of Metafas, there are modern Datron CNC milling machines that can perfectly machine aluminum and plastic. Our machines operate at high spindle speeds, making them both fast and precise.

Press-Fit Nuts
Metafas produces carrier plates made of plastic or aluminum for front foils. Control panels and enclosures are produced and can be equipped with press-fit nuts and clinch nuts. Stud welding is also possible at Metafas.

Sealing
After the precise printing on the top layer of the aluminum control panel, Metafas seals your product. This creates an aluminum oxide layer on the top of the plate, ensuring that your control panel looks impeccable and has a long lifespan ahead.
