Description
Screen-printed circuits generally consist of a highly conductive ink that conducts low voltages. This highly conductive ink is composed of a variety of materials. The base consists of silver particles combined with one or more additional substances. Each of these substances contributes specific properties to the ink. The combination of silver particles and the added substances results in an ink suitable for screen printing.
Subsequently, a curing process ensures that the ink obtains its final form. The final structure of the ink is important for its intended application.
The objective of this assignment is to investigate the impact of various conditions in order to provide well-founded recommendations to an expert in the development of silver inks.
